Craig Oolup, MA, RP

Registered Psychotherapist

Craig holds over 12 years of therapeutic experience working with children, teens, families and the LGTBQ+ community, having occupied several frontline and clinical supervisory positions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He is well-versed in DBT, CBT and solution-focused therapy, taking a creative and client-centred approach to counselling to help individuals and families develop and reach their own goals. Seeking to foster meaningful and genuine relationships, Craig strives to create a safe environment for his clients to collaboratively explore their thoughts, emotions, behaviours and relationships. He continues to draw from an eclectic skill-set and has supported individuals and families struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, parent/child conflict, suicide, self-harm, and other mood related disorders. Craig values the strengths and resiliencies inherent within each individual and family, and aims to help clients manifest these embedded traits through relationships based on trust, transparency and empathy.

Education: Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, License with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario
